I know when I’m looking to buy a UK book for shipping to the US, I use blackwells.uk.co. It looks like it is listed, but “out of stock on their site. However it is also listed as out of stock on the US sites I have looked at (bn.com, Amazon). So I suspect that the TPB hasn’t been printed and shipped yet. I will keep an eye out and let everyone know when I see stock in the US (and suspect the UK will happen at the same time or soon after).

Piers Anthony Dillingham Jacob (born 6 August 1934) is a bestselling American author in the science fiction and fantasy genres, publishing under the name Piers Anthony.
